My Hero Reads Too ProgrammeBram Collins and Trevor Tim from Success with Attitude participated in the My Hero Reads Too (MHRT) Program with students from Tooleybuc Central School on Wednesday, 19 September 2007.

The MHRT Program aims to connect our rural and isolated school with prominent and successful Australians who have a positive message to send about literacy. The point of the program is for our students to see that successful Australian figures can also be interested in reading and education and to foster a new importance for these things based on the attitudes of their heroes.

We have been extremely lucky to have a great many wonderful speakers and role models in our program as “heroes” but in Bram and Trevor we found a unique and special blend of leadership and inspiration that indelibly touched our students.

The support and interest that Bram and Trevor have shown in our school, our program and our students has been nothing short of staggering. Their interest and intent is genuine and exceptional. They are engaging public speakers with a most worthwhile message to communicate.

We here at Tooleybuc Central School are so grateful for the interest and support that Success with Attitude have demonstrated in helping the plight of children in our community and hope to be able to work further with them in the future.
